Not sure what sectoin to post in...

I wasnt sure which section i should post a ? about rims...i have a set of rims with lug nut covers and they need a special tool to loosen the cover to get to the nuts...i dont have this tool b/c the guy i bought it from lost it...should i just drill out the fitting and just leave them off?...it will look like hell but im getting a new set next season along with new tires...any suggestions would be great!

Might be a hex or allen key to remove them, post a pic that would help, but this should prob be in the suspension/chassis section.
