What Painting Method Should I Use?
Long story short the passenger side rear spoiler corner on my 85 broke in half and I found a new one on ebay, same color and all.
Except when the guy got ready to ship it he said he noticed a small crack in it. I'm waiting on a high res photo to see It's repairable or not.
He said he could either refund my money or send another one with the downside being that it doesn't match the color of my car.
If I were to go with the different color what would be a cheap and effective method to temp spray it to match my car?
I'm not looking for anything final just something that will hold 6 months - 1 year until I can get a new paint job. Anyone got any recommendations on some good rattle can spray? Perhaps some Krylon Fusion satin or gloss white? I really don't have have access to any dupont stuff or any fancy sprayguns...

cheapo paint match cans from any parts place. For me it would be canadian tire, dunno where ud go in the states.
If it looks too "dull" after it dries, get the same brand cheapo clear, and spray a bit on there. Keep putting on coats till it seems to match your car.
It wont come out 100% match to your car, but you'll have to look real close to realize it.
