I got a 89 firebird formula

I noticed its on a trans am...so my questiong is...would it fit on mine??
If yes how much would it be? (specially the front bumper)
and where could i get one

lol just get a 88 trans am front cap. i have 88 trans am i dentical except that maroon ta's spoiler is different.

 

Would that just bolt into the firebird formula?

 

Those front ends look identical to me.

 

What you are seeing on the maroon car is all factory stuff except maybe the rear wing ... it's a little hard to see.
The front bumper is all one piece, it's not an add on to the bumper on the blue car, then it has the fender gfx and rocker mouldings and door mouldings and finally 1/4 gfx and a T/A rear bumper. All the parts do bolt on if you have everything to bolt them on with and you aren't afraid to take a drill to the side of your car.

 

I agree with everyone else, thats just a stock Trans Am. Including the front bumper which is 1 piece, and the side gfx. The pic has a 4th gen Trans Am spoiler...I have one too...looks killer!

 

If it helps out at all... my '90 is bone stock with a 3.1 V6 but it has the same body kit as that maroon Trans Am so I am positive that the body kit you seek will fit that '89, but I have always wondered... was my car special ordered with that body kit on it? Did the V6 cars have this kit as an option? Or possibly it was installed afterwards by a previous owner? Hmmm.... anyone?

 

90-92 (maybe 89) regular Firebirds could get the Trans Am bumpers and ground effects as the sports appearance option.

I know for 91-92, it's rarer to have a base firebird without the ground effects package.
