i have a black 89 iroc and i wanna get some aftermarket wheels for it, what looks the best in your opinions? also would it look good with tail light and head light blackouts since it is a black car?

 

I have a set of TSW Mondellos 18x8 Hyper Black with a chrome lip on my firebird and they look great. They're different than the C6 or Z06 rims that lots of people get and they still only need 1" spacers.
As for the covers, personally I don't like the headlight blackouts but some smoked tail lights always look great
