Hello this is my first time posting here I am looking for the stock rear window louvers for a 1985 firebird without the 3rd brake light or rear wiper also I need the drivers side door ground effect not the door part but the piece that attaches to the rockerpannel trying to restore a 1985 firebird but I like the trans am ground effects also I have a set of t-tops from the parts car I got and have no need for them since the car I am restoring is a hard top so if anyone wants them let me know their in really good shape just the paint is faded on the metal part of it still have the key for the lock to

 

I've got a set, $100, just needs the mount brackets.

yah i am also lookin for 1 piece window louvers for my 89 iroc without the light and without the wiper, hard to find, ive been havin no success

Louvers aren't really hard to find, they are hard to keep. Since they can be stolen so easy, most are sold by word of mouth on the street over normal ways.

 

I have one that came installed from the dealer, on a 1989 RS. It is metal. Have lost some of the mounting hardware through the years though.

 

how much are you asking for them?

 

It is a one piece metal louver. It came from the Chevy Dealer when my sister bought her 1989 RS new.

They can be broken or to refresh.

 

Louvers easy to find.mounting hardware seems to be missing on 75% of the sets available. Hardware will coat more than $100 IF you can even locate it

 

You're right about the hardware issue.. i have a nice oem louver I was looking to sell complete but its time for it to go. Haven't listed it for sale yet, Still rounding up what im going to part with.
