Paint in wheel wells

Paint in wheel wells
I would like to freshen up my well wells, they have undercoat on them and I do not want to take it off. So if i paint it what paint would you use? Spray or brush.........

I redid mine with a spray rubberized undercoating

If your under coating is in good shape, what I usually do on my cars is clean the wheel wells really good, and spray them with Duplicolor ceramic semi-gloss engine paint. It sticks really good.

first I scraped the old undercoat off because some of it was chipping. then I used 3m undercoating. it comes in a can at walmart.

I used POR-15,black.It came up really well.
