Rust, Dents, AAAAHHHH!!!

my rockers are starting to rust. and now when i go to life my car, im afraid to do it. what should i do to either stop the rusting or fix it. I don't really want to cut it all out. But if i have to i will. I also have noticed rust forming on my fenders above the wheels. I also have a dent in the back left rear panel by the taillights. I tried popping it out but the metal is streched so now it is popped out. should i bend it back in and use bondo? help please and thanks

As far as the rust on the fender lip, i have the same issue and am having to cut the rust out (part is surface rust and part is actually rusted through) and replace it with sheetmetal and either use duramix or weld it on there (maybe both for added strength lmao.. but yeah it sucks

pics would help, go to harbor frieght and get a set of hammer dollys. use that to reshape the metal where it is poped out. you want it as straight as possible so it isn't all filler, yet you still want it in a little bit so the filler can be made straight. also you should really only use bondo as a spot putty or glaze. use a better filler at first, i recomend evercoat. then use the bondo or evercoat again for any little imperfections that need to be filled.

as far as the rust, it depends on how bad it is. if it is only surface rust you could probally get away with grinding it down and filling over it. if the rust is to bad then cut it out and replace.
