how do i open the rear hatch
i recently got a 91 rs (project car) but before i can start stripping parts off the car i need to open the rear hatch, i don't have the door keys, and the switch is broken, so how should i attempt to open the hatch without causing to much damage

remove the switch and connect the wires to pop the trunk or replace the switch
or might be able to take a flat head screw driver to act as a key be gentle
ive had to get in my car when i locked my keys in with a small flat head screw driver.
some say its not supposed to work but.. my car is proof it is possible and keys still work afterwards just becareful
but assuming the mechanics are fine replace the switch or short the wires pop your alll set
