New Paint

Here is my body work from this winter, I haven't cleared it yet, have to fix a spot, but it will have a green pearl over the yellow. I'm in class right now, so I'll post more pics tomorrow before work.

Re: New Paint

Thanks guys weather permitting it should be done monday night. I was thinking about going two tone running around the top body line and black the roof, not sure yet.

Re: New Paint

looks good, im gonna say no two tone imo.

how did you keep the contaminates out? ive heard using a box fan with an havac filter coated in pledge, helps. and cookie sheets with oil in them help keep dust down.

Re: New Paint

Why didn't you pull the GFX off? That will create a line where the paint will crack and then... well you will see what I mean.

Re: New Paint

For what I use it for it'll be all right. This is the third time I've painted this car, last time I pulled the ground effects and this time I just didn't do it. There are some other things that aren't perfect, but neither am I. Your right though it would have been better to pull them off.
