Not completely done, but I am enjoying the hell out of the car now, so all is good! Between moving twice, company I worked for going out of business, and getting married all keeping me from the project, it feels good to see the light at the end of the tunnel.... unless that is the train.... lol

That's not the right front bumper for that car is it? They changed the bumper in 1991 to the "Endura" nose piece. My 91 has the new nose without the gap between the bumper and headlights.

 

Correct. I swapped them when I painted it with bumpers and ground effects from an 88. Check the earlier posts for pics before the restore.

 

Oh, ok, car is looking good! Keep on plugging along.

 

A couple more pics, including one of it with my GTA finally at home in the garage together. Still a few things to finish, but it is almost done.

 

Got her all cleaned up and ready for summer. Car is finally done.... for now.

Just ordered a new strut brace as well as the Hawks 17x9 GTA reproductions. Can't wait. I will post pics when I get them installed.

Thanks everyone. I have the TT2s still. Thinking about selling them with the tires. Only have about 500 miles on them and tires are same as new.

 

Small update, been years since I have. Removed my antenna and replaced the spolier with a Hawks one. Decals added. Last summer for the current engine, then LS swap this coming winter.

 

Good looking car. I much prefer this front end to the bulbous 91-92 nose.

 

I have one of those also. 91 Formula. I go back and forth now on which I prefer.
