i got a full tank of wiper fluid, been 2 years and now it getting on my nervs. my wipers work. also work when you push forward to use fluid. but no spray happens. Thought it was a blocked up hose, blew in the hose got fluid spraying (ended up with blue lips). cleaned the filter. checked fuse box. yet still no spray.

 

The pump may be making sound, but not functioning. I don't use mine very often, so occasionally I have to suck the wiper fluid to the pump. Even then it takes the pump awhile to kick in. Try not to run the pump at length without fluid.

I used to do what James C did, but I gave up doing it. My engine compartment gets so hot it drys the fluid our in the pump & lines. Since I am in Florida it makes no difference as long as the wipers work.
