GFX vs. non GFX
So I have a '91 bird stock with ground effects and I'm getting ready to throw some fresh paint on. Anyways I figured I would put the car back together without the GFX, because I've always liked that look better, and was wondering if the front and rear bumper covers were made as GFX and non GFX versions or if the bumpers were made the same for all models.
Thanks in advance

Re: GFX vs. non GFX
as far as i know everything was the same
but you cant remove the ground effects for good unless your willing to weld shut or body filler the bolt holes that hold them to the car
your better off sticking with gfx or selling it and get a earlier firebird
enjoy

Re: GFX vs. non GFX
The GFX ARE molded into the front and rear bumpers. If you look hard enough you might be able to find 91-92 bumpers without GFX. The vast majority of 91-92 birds had GFX so finding bumpers without them will be kinda tricky.

Does anyone know where I can get the rocker panel FX to Canada? There is a place in Edmonton wants to charge me $500 for the pair because they're "rare"
