Torx head

Does anyone know what size torx head the seat belt bolts are? I am in the process of removing my interior to replace floors.

Re: Torx head

The seat belt buckles are held in with T-47 torx heads. You can use a T-50 but you will have to hammer it in.A T-55 will be too big

Yes, the seat belt bolts are all T-47.

Re: Torx head

I believe I used a T-45 with no problems. Although, maybe it actually was a T-47 bit and I assumed it was a T-45.

In the spirit of completeness, maybe it would be nice to add the required torque value for seat belt bolts. Anybody know?

Re: Torx head

I was having difficulty so I just bought a whole set. I did have to hammer it in but I prefer to do that tham have it strip out. I was worried thats what was going to happen.
