Upper door pins, Lower DoorPins or Both?
I just picked up a 91 vert, drivers door has a bit of a sag (no surprise). Its not too bad but I figure I might as well fix it as its scraping the groudn FX a little bit, and rattles a bit when driving which I figure is related to the slop in the door pins/bushings.
My Question is I can see when I move the door up and down only the top "pins" shift around abit, should I replace both top and bottom or just the top?
Also with doing these its it just better to remove the door all together (which I have done before on a couple previous 3rd gens...so I am familiar with), or is it more work to remove the door than what is "saved".
Thanks,
Dave

Re: Upper door pins, Lower DoorPins or Both?
Since the bottom pins are only about $10 it would be a good idea to replace the both. Removing the top pins can be difficult with the door in place as you'd have to slip a grinder of some sort in there to cut the upper pins off. So taking the doors off might be easier.

I'd recommend repairing both sets as well, they'll both be done,it'll be done right and you can move on to the next thing. If you need a kit to do both doors, shoot me a PM and I'll see If I can get a price for you.
