Rear hatch pops open while driving
I recently rebuilt my hatch pull down on my 1989 IROC with parts from TDS, everything seem to work great, except it pops while driving on some of the rougher roads in the area. The switch is working properly and won't release the hatch when the car is in gear. Is there an adjustment I need to make ? Any help would be appreciated. Thank's

Mine won't pop while the car is in gear - so I'm assuming there is something that ties into the Park safety switch under the console (Mine is an automatic) - So maybe take the upper console top off and see if there's anything unplugged if yours is an automatic. Not sure how any of it works with a manual tranny.
