Yep title says it all....

Whats the safest way to remove paint from the side effects?
and / or the front spoiler for that matter.

320 wet is probably better, you dont want to scratch or gouge the soft plastic. Me? Id scuff it with 600 wet and spray right over the old paint. Make sure you use an adhesion promoter as well; either rattlecan or the stuff you use in a gun

They sell a soft bumper paint remover at body shop stores.. Sanding will kill you, especially if they've been painted.. Work smarter, not harder.
