To the best of my memory, when I changed my 92 RS over to the Z grille....
Right about where the fog lights would be sitting....1 screw upwards, 1 screw downwards, on each side. 4 screws total.

Thanks Stephen, I'll have a look in the morning. I know this car didn't come with these. There is a fog light switch on the dash, and wires leading to where fog lights would be. I don't believe 86 irocs came with louvers. All the pics I've seen have fog lights.
