can anyone help me?. I am reinstalling my camaro body parts and my deck lid is off adjustment. Left side is out verry minor right side out quarter of a inch, i tried to loosen up all brackets wont move at all, can i slot the bracket going into body to make work???. any help would be appreciated!! p.s. is there a easy way to adjust glass to fit what a pain!!!

 

If you remove the plastic trim.You will see about 10-12 nuts.Loosen those & you should also disconnect the struts or they will constantly want to push the deck lid out.The deck lid is sealed against the glass.So it may be slightly difficult to nudge it.There isnt much room to play with on the hinges.
