Car: 92 RS

Engine: 305 TBI

Transmission: auto

Undercarriage rust

My 92 RS was left sitting for several years and is perfect on top but a bit rusty underneath. What rust places are 'fatal' on these cars. How easy/hard are these types of problems to repair?
