Urethane + Headlights = Distortion....Help!

On my 90 RS...there are some tabs on the urethane that connect it to the headlight sub frame. These tabs look like they should be under the headlight sub frame, not above it. They appear to be distorting the urethane in this position. Are these tabs in the right position? I think they should be below the headlight sub frame some how but can't see how it should be done. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

That's normal... I wasn't sure so I just hiked out to the garage and checked.

Thanks.....I thought it was normal but not sure. The PO did some real nasty stuff to this car and it's been a real challenge sorting it all out.
