how much paint
I'm about to prep and paint my 88 trans am and i want to put 3-5 coats of base/clearcoat, how much of each should i buy?

Transmission: The kind that goes "kachunk" in 1st

3 quarts of each will do. If you want to be sure and have enough, go with a gallon, that way if you make a mistake you'll have plenty of material to fix it, and you'll also have plenty left over in case of any accidents that may happen. D=
