Have 1985 Trans Am: Wrecked front end, need sources for body parts
I have an 85 Trans Am in the process of restoring. However, a couple days back someone cut directly across the road in front of me, resulting in a wreck (no injuries) Extent of damage is crumpled hood, left front fender, bumper destroyed, left wheel pushed back, probably frame bent. I have located sources for fenders online, but so far no hood or front bumper, or the headlight body. Does anyone know of sources for these parts? I do not want to give this car up.

I couldn't even find a fender for mine when I needed one... that's what my parts car is for.
The best I could tell you is to search the scrapyards.
Good luck!

Where are you from? I know a guy here (tpi hearse is his name I think) who has a TON of parts. He's from Connecticut.

Thanks for the leads! I am in N. Calif., SF Bay Area. No prob paying shipping costs. Will check with tpi hearse, as well as the links. Been checking the yards in this area, fenders I found online for around 70 bucks new, but the hood and bumper cover are not available. I appreciate the links and leads.

Found them. Hawks Third Gen. Hood for $300, bumper cover for $200. Great!! I appreciate the help. Got the sheet metal off, frame and front end are okay. Insurance would total her, but she's too good a car to give up.

Re: Have 1985 Trans Am: Wrecked front end, need sources for body parts
gotta hate insurance companies, i got lucky with progressive, my wife bought a used 08 cobalt and had to have full coverage, she chose progressive, they wanted 318 a month for full coverage(so we went for it) decided to add my car to her policy and guess what they did....... put my car as a "Pleasure" vehicle as i drive it 3 times a week for less than 15 miles total and it LOWERED the full coverage cost for both cars to 290, my car is in no way in good shape, no major damage though, but my cousin had an insurance rep look at her wrecked Maxima, and as the guy is standing there he points to my car and says, we would total that camaro as it sits!!!(mind you i only have dents and dull/bad paint) tells you how much our cars are worth to insurance companies if they are not extreamly nice and appraised, if about 4 dents and bad paint makes the car totaled and not worth repair
lol sorry about the long story i just find it funny, good luck on the repairs, looks like your well on your way
