Hi everyone i'm new to the site and will telll you in a minute why i joined. I've always liked 3rd gen camaros and maybe one day i'll get one as a toy. I have a 2001 Z28 A4 with 57000 miles perfomance package with the 3.23s as opposed to the normal automatics with 2.73s. It also has every other option except traction control.
The reason I joined this site is I have a set of T-tops off a 3rd gen that was given to me for a 3rd gen (glass believe its the 82-89 tops). Obviously these will not work on my 01. I'm wanting to sell to someone in that could put them to use. I wasnt given the keys but they are unlocked so they are usabl. The rubbers real soft and not cracked. The glass is mirrored on the inside and in good shape. I also have the bag to go with them but the zipper is broken (easily fixable i would imagine)
My question to you all is how much should I ask for them? I've seen some sell for $40 and some $150. I can't post in the classifieds with my post count which is respectable as I'm a frequent forum user else where (ls1tech z28.com etc) I honostly joined just to sell these. They are located in east TN. I would ship as buyers expense but I imagine that would be expensive with their weight. Thanks for any advice and if anyone wants these please let me know as i'd like to see them used.

 

$50 tends to be the avg, but yeah I've seen them as high as $100+, but then I've also seen them for free. If I were trying to sell a set myself I would say $50.

 

thank you for your info. I really want someone to use them as they are just sitting in the garage. any money is profit to me. If someone come up to me and offered $50 i'd take it.

 

hell i have 2 sets...put them on CL for 25 bucks for all 4 and no bites lol.
