how do you install the louvers on a 84 Camaro

Transmission: 4 speed
how do you install the louvers on a 84 Camaro
I just bought some louvers and want to know how they are bolted on for the rear window. Also the ones I bought are the ones with the clips at the bottom if that helps any.
