fender flares
fender flares
Ok first off I did search but couldn't find the answer I was looking for and if there is a thread for this somewhere please just point me to it instead of telling me to search. Is there anywhere you can buy just the fender flare of the rear quarter instead of the whole rear quarter skin. I thought I saw them for sale once but I can't find them anymore. Thanks for your responses in advance.

Pic 1/3 way down, center of the screen. Only ones I know of, and have never seen a set installed, nor even pics.

Re: fender flares
thanks for the response stephen but I believe this is for a firebird I guess that brings up 1 more question I thought I read somewhere on here that camaros and firebirds have a different rear quarter and not just by the tail light but I thought I read that the wheel opening was a little different shape on the camaro and firebird does anyone know the answer to this, I have looked at pictures but never really been able to see the difference. Thanks for your responses in advance.

Re: fender flares
Maybe.
But considering you'd be cutting the original sheetmetal anyways, to remove it to make room for new flares (putting flares on & not cutting the original sheetmetal would be pointless to do).....I doubt any difference would be of any concern.
