is this a rust hole?

I was looking inside my trunk and I noticed a tiny pinhole by the seam sealer so I sanded it out and turns out its a little round hole. It seems a little too perfect to be from rust but should I still patch it?

Its the black dot in the center of the picture:

thats in the spare tire area? I seem to remember my car having it too. If its that round, its not rust.

Yeah its in the spare tire area. I doubt it's rust either but I thought I'd double-check. I'm guessing its a drain hole or something. Should I just leave it alone?

That one is supposed to be there. Leave it be, as it is a drain for the tire well. Thanks, Rudy.
