Fixing door sags and springs

I have a 86 iroc-z28 camaro with vertical doors. Both passenger and driver side doors need fixed though. Drivers side sags due to a damaged hinge, and passenger side needs spring. This is a new car for me and any usefule information on place and how to fix this would be helpful, thanks.

Thanks, this gives me a good idea of how much it will cost to get fixed. Unfortunatly I have to pay a mechanic rather than risk doing it myself,ha.
