Sagging front end?

So I have started prepping the nose and noticed that the top left of the headlight bucket sags inwards and is not straight. The nose is not original its a replacement part that replaced the previous one that I am guessing was cracked by a small impact when the previous owner had it. So what would be the way to fix it? First thing that came to my head was to heat it with a heat gun and try to get it back into shape. Any ideas?

Here are some pictures:

Re: Sagging front end?

I used to know a guy that had this problem with a Firebird front end. After various failed attempts, what worked for him was using a thin aluminium sheet under the affected area which was bent to the correct shape of the front end. Not sure how he actually fused the two together, but perhaps a strong glue?

I've heard of people using a heat gun to repair badly bent air dams, so I wouldn't be surprised if it could work on the bumper. I guess there's a chance you could ruin it, but if its already ruined, why not take a chance?

Re: Sagging front end?

I tried using the force of the bolts from the bumper/fender themselfs and that fixed some of the sagging but the ''lump'' is still there. I might run with this nose for now and will find a replacement for it later on or if one pops up at a local yard.
