Ok so I just finished washing my car and these spots just wont come off. Is there any way I can make the paint back to the way it was origionally or would I have to repaint the whole car to make it disappear. Also the stuff on there is very rough when you move your hand across it. So I am not sure if it is crap that is stuck on it or if it is from little rocks hitting it making the paint chip so I just dont know.

 

as far as i know your screwed with out painting sorry. i think its from hot rubber from the tires that gets on the paint burning it. either that or rocks. you could try mud flaps, custom ones dont look to bad. iv noticed the cleaner the car the less noticable flaws are.

 

That was the last thing I was wanting to hear because I am 16 and cannot afford to get new paint as for some reason none of the jobs I have applied to will calll me back. I did have 700 dollars that I was going to use for paint but the insurance company gave the money to my mom and she used it to pay for credit cards so it will be some time before I can paint it which is fine because I park outside anyways. The money from the insurance company is because someone rearended me but they only caused paint damage which is why I wanted to paint it.
