chin spoiler

is the chin spoiler that black airdam under the front end? If so, where can i locate one for my 1989 rs? ive looked on ebay and found nothing. any info appreciated

The Chin Spoiler is actually the lower ground effect piece. The part you want is called the "air dam" or "air deflector".
