Rocker Badges
Hey guys, I've done some searching for threads and posts about the assembly of the rocker badges. I have 2 original silver IROC-Z rocker panel badges that were getting pretty old and looking bad. So I took them off and decided to see how they go together. I pried the front-most piece(clear with the irocz tri-color sticker on back) from the black plastic backing(has the two posts on back that go into the rocker).
Now I was wondering what I can do to get the clear plastic piece back to good condition. The IROCZ sticker part is flaking off in little pieces and coming off the clear part. Year-one sells vinyl sticker replacements, but they DO NOT come with the clear front piece that the sticker would go on. Should I bother trying to clean the existing sticker from my clear piece, and stick these vinyls on? or should I just purchase an existing "better condition" clear piece with the IROCZ sticker already on back?
Let me know if I was confusing and if pictures would help, I can take pics.

Oh cool! Thanks for the link. I might have to give them a call and see if the emblem is already stuck on the back of the clear plastic piece, that would make it really easy to stick onto the black plastic part as well.

If their any thing like the ones I bought they are peal and stick on . They come completely ready to put on.A nice thick plastic top piece with the decal on the backside and a black base. Just peal off the back paper and stick directly on the car. This is how they came out. You might want to give them a call and ask If that's the case.
