How to fix broken tabs on ground efx??
A couple of the tabs that attach the ground efx to the car are broken. Is there a fix or a way to rig them so they will attach? Next year I may put efx from a newer one on, the ones with the holes, but for now I would like to fix:

it depends where they are . if unseen i have used pop-rivets with a small piece of metal & 2 part epoxy . if mounting studs are pulled out of material , clean stud , rinse/clean both areas with acetone/laq. thinner . lite coat of 2 part epoxy on both parts secure with zip ties or clamps . let cure at least 24 hrs. or more . just a few things that have worked for me . i prefer epoxy resin over polyester resin when doing fiberglass repairs . too easy to mix polyester too hot & brittle . just really think things out before hand & ask lots of questions . cheap throw away glue brushes , acetone/ laq.thinner , 2 part epoxy , & pop-rivets have been good to me . good luck .

A good epoxy or that plastic weld solution can sometimes work well. The proper way to fix it would be with an actual plastic welder. I tried it in the past without much luck. I've been welding metal for years, but my plastic weld dropped right out when it cooled.

I don't have a plastic welder but I will try epoxy. Can holes be drilled through for the bolts without the " new" tabs breaking?
Re: How to fix broken tabs on ground efx??
I am not sure what you mean by "new" unless you were trying to reform the tabs out of epoxy...you can drill holes threw epoxy..?
I would do what "UNCLE TOM" recommended, epoxy with a reinforcement of metal!
