Dent Repair/Paint

Hey all, got a question. I will try to get a picture of the damage later on but it's not that bad. How much would you guessimate it would cost to have the dent pounded out and the car repainted? It is a small dent in the front passenger side quarter panel. For the paint, I would want a strip/sand/prime/paint. I live up north of Sacramento by about an hour. If you know any shops in the area let me know!

a good complete paint job can cost a few grand easy, without body work.

Re: Dent Repair/Paint

My car is going in next month for a complete repaint in the factory color (except the engine bay, that I did already in black). There are a couple small dents that have to be fixed first, the interior is out of the car, all the body panels, bumpers, and ground effects are off and I'm going to be re-assembling. $4300 bucks. Two of the dents are large enough where they'll have to actually be pulled, there are about three more in the door that are more like ripples so I'm guessing those will be mudded.

I'll probably have to throw a couple hundred more at it for new emblems and striping too.

Re: Dent Repair/Paint

Well here is a picture of most of the damage.

This is the obviously the front bumper and it was pretty much grazzed by a car in the parking lot and had paint scraped off of it. You can't see it in the picture but a little farther up the quarter pantel there is a dent in the car. Not very big but its not a circular dent, its more of like a straight line, it's hard to explain.
