plastic replacement headlight bar

I need to replace my header/headlight bar so I ran up to the parts store. They didnt have the oem fiberglass peice but they had a plastic one for 30 bucks. Just wondering if anyone else has used these and if there any good?

I replaced mine with a plastic one and haven't had a problem with it

Thanks for the reply, I didnt want to get it and have a problem good to know it worked for you. It doesnt get much cheaper than 30 dollars, but how much did you get yours for.

The piece isn't under a lot of stress so it should be ok, but the plastic ones are more fragile. I bought one and one of the bolts broke out of the casing during shipping. I had to plastic weld it back in place.
