Undercarriage rust...Should I do something?

So on my 91 GTA the undercarriage and framerails have a decent amount of rust (as expected for a 20 year old car) the wheel wells have virtually no rust however. I was wondering, I have heard of people removing some of the rust and spraying some kind of aresol on? Any suggestions or is it fine as is? Thanks guys!

the sooner you get rid of the rust, the better. i've used POR-15 with good luck, but there are a few other brands out there as well. prep is key - if you paint over the rust, you're just going to hide the issue as it gets worse
