Window Seal Question
Hi,
I have a Pontiac Firebird 1991 T-Top and water is running in on the drivers side when it rains semi heavily.
It isnt the t-top (i've replaced those seals), its the diagonal seal that the window goes into that runs in line with the windowscreen slant.
Does anyone have any idea what this seal is called and can anyone tell me where I can find a replacement?
Included is a sample picture pointing to the seal I mean.
Thanks : )

Re: Window Seal Question
The position of your arrow is part of the ttop weatherstripping. Did you replace the ttop weatherstripping on the ttop itself or on the body of the car. It sounds like the body ttop weatherstripping needs replacing.

Re: Window Seal Question
The t-top pieces themselfs had some work done,
I wasnt aware that it was the ttop weather stripping, it think you might be right though
It looks like:

Is the part, the drips are literally coming in on the diagonal arrowed and dripping down onto the drivers seat.
Is it your opinion this is the right bit?
How easy is it to install?
Thanks for your help so far : )
I'll have to post some pics of my car when it comes out of the cover (that was a borrowed image off the internet)

Re: Window Seal Question
https://www.thirdgen.org/ttops That should help you out. It's not that tough of job, just be sure to glue the seal in. It'll leak for sure without it.
