So, I got in a fender bender with a Rustang...
I got into this lil fender cruncher with a 66 stang, and it barely did anything to my car! 
he couldnt drive his... but now i have a little bubble where the plastic material on the bumper cover got shaved... and was wondering if i should sand it or do a plastics repair?
