I am trying to find out if any one makes the parts in this diagram. I cannot remember where I found this but it looks like I am going to need some of these parts, new if possible. I think #30 holds the spare tire and jack in my Firebird and mine is rusted through at the bottom.

Your best bet is a used part -- even if you could find it new, it would probably be ridiculously expensive for a part that you're never going to see since its under the rear cargo trim. I'd try your local pull-a-part or equivalent.
