Rust, how do I get rid of

Ok, so the title is pretty self explanatory, I have some rust spots here and there no bigger than an inch and rust all down the edge of my doors and rear hatch.

Any good cheap Ideas on on how to get rid of it?

Surface rust or rotting away rust areas? If it's just minor surface rust, get some rust dissolving gel and a small wire brush. I picked up the Permatex brand at the local Napa store. If there are rust holes, cut out the rusted metal and weld in new or get a rust free part.
