Hello everyone. I have a quick question. I have a 91 rs and am looking to put a 91 z28 grille on it. Is this a direct fit. Or are there modifications that need to be made. Thanks guys?

 

The RS grills had holes in the top and bottom of the grill to attach to the car. The 'foglight' grills have holes in the top and the inner sides of the foglight holes. No big deal, just line it up, mark for new holes, and drill - then use the plastic expand anchors like you'd use in your drywall in the holes, and insert screws.

 

i want to do this to my 89 rs too.

 

i changed to a z28 grill.the body already had holes[slots] at the top.i just had to move the clips.then i used four self drilling stainless screws that i matched up at the hardware store at the front.
