91/92 Z28 high rise wing

I know little/nothing about camaros. I see an RS wing for sale.

What is the difference between this and the 91/92 high rise wing.

I am looking for something tall, the taller the better. + for LED light

Transmission: 700R4 B&M, Redline clutches, 2800

Axle/Gears: Australian 9 bolt,I think 3.73
