what to do about my wheel lip rust

Im hoping to get some suggestions for what i can do to fix these problem areas on my wheel wells. thanks in advance for your ideas.

both sides, both rear tires and 1 front

If the 3rd pic is the front fender, it looks like the dent could be pounded back out and the rust can be removed with a grinder(with flap disc) or a sander(40-80 grit). Or find a fender somewhere cheap and replace it.

The rear quarters are a different story and that would depend on your budget and skill level. Some might replace the quarter panel if its rotting out badly(you might find more rust once you start picking or grinding away on it). Or a person could weld in some patch panels after they are bent and formed close to the original shape. I have done this before and it takes time and patience to get it right.

The one thing you don't want to do is glob in alot of body filler to plug the holes.

ok cool yeah im asking because here in a month or two i wanna try to get this into the shop to get paint job.
