91-92 T/A Aero wing spoiler Issue
So i know how they are mounted and how they come off, my issue is 2 of the four bolts (studs are gone, someone put in bolts) are spinning. I tried to use some flat stock inbetween the hatch metal and spoiler and force some pressure on the bolt but its just spinning inside, doesnt make sense to me how they could do that since they should be threaded right into the spoiler. I sold it and need it off, any ideas?

Re: 91-92 T/A Aero wing spoiler Issue
They are actually inserts that are glued/bonded in place when the wing is made. I had to break my old wing to get it off since the bolts just spun the threaded inserts as I tried to remove them. Good luck with the removal.

I'm pretty confident this will work well, so heres the Tool part numbers and link to a picture of a stone kit:

You beat me to it.
I was going to suggest that you might have to grind the heads off. I had to do that when I mounted a CD changer in the dash of my Pickup. It had studs welded in and the nut was only accessable if the whole dash was pulled out. I used a dremel and took my time. The only bad part to this is in your case the rounded head bolts are still in there but it will be off.
