chin spoiler attachment?

chin spoiler attachment?
I have an 85 z28. It has a flat piece of metal with three studs that attach the chin spoiler to the fender. Does anybody know where to get these. Also I have another piece with only to studs. Is is smaller then the chin spoiler one. Does anybody know where this one goes, and where I can get replacements??
