So one of my motors weren't working so I decided to change both at the same time. I changed the driver side and works perfect but when I did the passenger side I'm having a huge problem. When I turn lights on driver side goes up passenger side goes down. When I shut lights off driver side goes down passenger side goes up. Its a 90 firebird

 

Did you put the linkage arm on the right way? If its reversed the motor will spin right but the head light will do the opposite.

 

Think its the motor and internal wiring was backwards . Put in old motor and it was working like it should
