Check out my door jig
Got two dolly's from Harbor freight for $26(with coupons of course!) and used scrap lumber for the rest. Now I can move or work on the doors wherever I want.

Id put some padding were the door touches the wood to keeo it from scratching the paint. Also, do you have some kind of block to keep the door from sliding off the end?

I plan on putting carpet there after I paint them and the picture doesn't show it but the way the dolly is constructed allows the door to catch the edge of the 1x4 and prevents it from slipping off.
