Should I Soda Blast?

So for the past month I've been stripping my camaro down to finish all the body work and get the car prepped for paint. I was doing some reading and saw that a couple of guys suggested soda blasting the paint off as oppose to sand blasting. I wanted to know if anyone has tried this and how effective is it and will it make my life easier in terms of getting a good paint job on the car. Any opinions would be awesome! thanks

Re: Should I Soda Blast?

I havent done it personally but I watched Powerblock where they soda blasted a 60s chevy truck which worked great...soda is less of a mess, environment friendly, and it eats the rust as you use it.
