Axle/Gears: 10 bolt, unsure of gears yet

Gm campaign sticker??

Whats this mean guys? Its on the drivers side door jamb. it says 90 -c- 22
then under it theres 15219

I just googled Camaro 90-C-22 and it says its for the seat belt recall.
