door mirror

my car has the manual side mirrors on it and the driver side one is loose and i mean the the mirror itself. i can move it to where i need it then when i get up to 60 i guess the wind however its hittin it is moving it so i cant see out of it. is there any way to tighten up the wires that run to it or something

Would be nice if you could do it from the outside. You will have to take the door panel off, there are two bolts you will be able to get to once you have the panel off. Tighten them up. Be careful when taking the panels off, the plastic fasteners are made cheap. They brake easy. They have a tool you can use to get the fasteners away from the door frame. If you are careful you won't need it. Take your time.
