Advice on rear light clusters

Hello Friends, I have had a 85 3rd gen T/A for many years and have yet to find out how my rear light housing gets the damp inside which fogs up the lens /housing window.

I have done many things to try and prevent it but it still happens, this is probably a common thread so excuse me if I am going over old ground, I could not see anything relating to it.

It seems OK in the summer but bad in the winter, I am in the UK!

Many Thanks!

Hi Mossie,

I've moved your thread over to the body forum as you'll get more response there. I've never had any issues with lights fogging up in my IROC and neither has my friend with his GTA-both cars are in the UK.

Thank you for that. I believe the early ones ie the first year for this style ( Trans Am) may have been an issue on this .
